Nearby there is a small supermarket (daily opening hours from 08.00 - 22.00) which will provide you with almost everything you may need to cook easily your meal in the fully equipped kichten, in order that our guests can feel like home there is even an organic shop right next to the apartment house for our picky gourmands.

The apartment is naturally equipped with Wi-Fi and qualifies perfectly for short and long-term stays. The modern interior and beautifully restored furniture form a harmonious mix and like no other apartment it reflects the particular situation of the apartment.

"Smart in the City" is situated in a tranquil courtyard and thereby guarantees calm and relaxation after an exciting day in Vienna.

Those one who chose to stay here have the convenience of walking to the city centre and even the sights worth seeing.

Neubau has plenty to offer for the party people such as the "Stylez", the"Babenberger Passage" and the whole "Wiener Gürtel" is an area filled with pubs, clubs and bars for every taste.

Very next to the apartment is "Europa" a cult cafè where you can order a delicious "Wiener Gulasch" until late night and of course a traditional Viennese breakfast
