Great house with backyard downtown

The whole house is aprx 90 m2 (+the backyard aprx 40 m2 )and my room arround 15 m2.

It is fully furnished, well decorated, very comfortable with a big backyard for ourselves. It is 5-7 min walking from the metro, close to bus stations, not far from the centre (20 min walking).telephone and wi-fi internet available too.
