The apartment is located on the site of the biggest former brewery of Berlin. You enter it from the private park of the former brewery owner.
The apartment consists of a living room including a small kitchen, a comfortable bathroom and a small entrance hall with coat rack and wardrobe. In the living room there’s a double bed (200 x 160cm), a table with two chairs, cable TV, radio, stereo CD player, DSL-WLAN. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, water cooker, coffee machine and sink. In the bathroom are toilet, bath, shower and washing machine.
Towels and bed lines are free of charge.

Surrounding
You live in quite green oasis in a distance of only 3 minutes walking from one of the most popular and multicultural streets / Kietze of Berlin. Here can choose between more than 80 restaurants, bars, coffee shops in a distance of a few hundred meters. In the other direction it’s less than hundred meters to the top of the Kreuzberg, the highest geographical elevation of Berlin with the famous liberty monument (Freiheitsdenkmal) of the architect Friedrich Schinkel. From here you have one of the moist magnificent views over the whole city.

With the subway it is approx. 15 minutes up to the Friedrichstraße, the Berlin Boulevard Unter the Linden or to the Potsdamer Platz
