The guestroom (25 square meter / 270 square foot) is central located in a quiet neighbourhood beside the river Spree and facing private gardens, in the 5th floor with elevator.

10 minutes from Hauptbahnhof (central trainstation) by bus and
30 minutes from Tegel airport.

In the room are 2 single beds which can be linked to a double bed or one can be used as a couch.

Rental bike for weekend or 2 days 5 Euro, each extra day 2,50 Euro, 1 week 15 Euro (see photos).
A second bike can be arranged.

There are supermarkets, grocery store, restaurants, bars and a beach bar in walking distance.
A bus stop is nearby and the underground stations U-Turmstr. and U-Ernst-Reuter-Platz you can reach by bus in 5 minutes or in a 10 minutes walk. You can walk to Kurfürstendamm, Reichstag, Brandenburger Tor, Potsdamer Platz and Schloß Charlottenburg in about 30-40 minutes or by public transport in 15-20 minutes.
