Apartment near the Sea.

We invite you to our apartment located in a modern apartment complex DIVA . It is located in the seaside resort of Kolobrzeg district, 200 meters from the sea. Nearby there is a park with a path of health, a bicycle path which leads along the picturesque route along the coastal dunes in the direction of the Ustronie Morskie, tennis courts, a bowling alley and close to the famous amphitheater where festivals of military song used to be held. In the holiday season it is a place for concerts and singing events : The Festival of Child and Youth's songs GAMA, the Poetic Song Festival of Jacek Kaczmarski "Hope" and other concerts of Polish and foreign performers and cabarets. For several years, in July, there has also been taking place the SUNRISE FESTIVAL, one of Poland's most popular mass events with electronic music.

The apartment was completed in January 2011, it consists of one room with kitchenette (included two seater sofa) and bedroom with 2 comfortable hotel beds. In the hall there is a large wardrobe and another big wordrobe in the bedroom. There is also a functional fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hobs, a fridge, a kettle and all the necessary utensils, pots, plates, cutlery, etc. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people. There is a bathroom with a very comfortable shower cabin, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. The apartment has a total of approx. 40 m2 with a large balcony. It is located on the third floor of the south-west side of the building. There is also the internet connection (supplied with 3m long cable)+Wireless Internet,
cable TV and satellite socket, 32 "LCD, towels and bedding.

Guests can take advantage of the attractions of the hotel DIVA. There is a swimming pool complex, consisting of an indoor swimming pool with whirlpool, a cascade, water geysers, a heated pool for children, two Jacuzzis, saunas, and a salt cave. (Note: one-time entry into the pool along with the use of the complex, sauna and salt cave: 30 PLN per person, pass for 10 entries 180PLN. The Swimming pool is open from 07:00 to 22:00)
 
The hotel also offers many attractions for children: The Monkey grove, children's library, wellness center for children, swimming lessons, access to a variety of recreational activities and sports.

On site there is also possibility to buy food at the restaurant Diva : Breakfast buffet: 35 PLN / per person (7:30-10:00), lunch 40 PLN/per person (13:00-15:00) and dinner 45 PLN / per person (17:00-19:00). On Saturdays grill outdoors.

Additional Information:
Minimum rental time in the months of July and August is 5 days. Price includes the cost of media, accommodation and final cleaning. The apartment is equipped with a set of white satin sheets and towels. For stays longer than 7 days additional cleaning and replacement of bathrobes, bed linen and towels.
Period begins on the date of arrival from 16:00 hrs and ends on the day of departure at 12:00 unless otherwise agreed.
All the complex is non-smoking.
There are guarded car parks within about 50 meters from the hotel and public parking spaces ouside the hotel. There is a possibility to rent the underground parking space at the hotel reception (21 spaces).
