Ein wirklich gemütliches und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Alles war soweit relativ sauber - ich spreche hier nicht aus der Sicht einer Person, die Ausschau nach Staubpartikeln hält, diese könnte etwas auszusetzen haben. Uns hat nur der Wasserkocher gestört, der in seinem Innern nicht sehr vertrauenerweckend aussah, aber wir haben unser Teewasser dann in einem Topf gekocht. Der Weg in die City ist halt abhängig davon, wo man hin möchte, aber so 40 Minuten sollte man schon einplanen. Für uns war das aber kein Drama und immerhin hat man dafür ein günstiges und gutes Zimmer! Im selben Haus befindet sich ein sehr guter Supermarkt, was sehr vorteilhaft ist, da man seine Vorräte (Wasser, Brot etc), die man anlegt, nicht kilometerweit schleppen muss. Wir haben acht Nächte dort verbracht und würden dieses Zimmer jederzeit wieder anmieten, soweit es verfügbar ist. Denn wir wollen nochmal nach London :)

Inmitten von Whitechapel und damit in einem faszinierenden Viertel, das einem abseits von der HipCity Londons das einfache Leben zeigt. Feine indische, pakistanische Restaurants. Ursprüngliche Pubs. Kurze Wege bis ins Zentrum mit Tube oder Bus. BarclayBike Stationen.

The confirmation did not mention that we should go to the office first to collect the keys, so we had a time consuming and confusing 2.5 hours gone. The flat we thought we booked was being worked on, and we got offered another one. Nice neighborhood but awful and poor interior with bare lamps on the ceiling, broken cupboards and 2nd / 3d hand shower. We could hear the neighbors speak, etc. Very bad first experience, never again! The pictures on the site are fully misleading, the two places that we saw are cramped below par buildings, in our view a ''royal'' rip off.
