Easy to reach, good parking near by, close to Venice Beach - and still distant enough, in walking distance to nice food places; sound proofing could have been a bit better, but on the other hand.... who cares :-)

David & Philippe have created a lovely private semi apartment. There was a breakfast basket and some drinks provided and even little decorations and paintings. It was clean, comfortable and was the perfect home away from home. The place is very close to Hollywood Bvld and is easy to navigate your way around from.

Clean, well furnished, very quiet room in a great location. Within walking distance to the Hollywood Blvd., Sunset Blvd. and all public transportation. If you want to explore LA and Hollywood, this is the place to stay. One subway stop away from Universal Studios! The room is located on a pretty steep hill, away from all traffic and city noise. Parking is adequate with some tight corners. Lots of windows in the room that open to fresh air and bird songs. David and Philippe are perfect hosts allowing complete privacy and yet, take a pleasant interest in their guests. We would highly recommend this room for a couple who wish to explore all the city attractions that LA has to offer. We would definitely stay in this property again.
