5.0 stars 06/18/2013The apartment is very clean and more spacious than one would think when seeing the pictures. This applies for the room as such as well as for the shared kitchen and the shared bathroom. From the apartment it's only about 8 minutes to the metro station Tiburtina which directly leads to the Termini station in the centre of Rome (just 4 stations - about 5 minutes). Near to the apartment are many stores, restaurants and also a huge supermarket. Moreover, all rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, free WiFi access, TV, DVD player and a balcony. As the apartment is directly located at a highly frequented road, it is quite loud when sitting on the balcony or having opened the door to the balcony. However, as far as the door is closed one hardly hears the noise from outside. Hence, all in all I would recommend this apartment without any reservations.

5.0 stars 06/17/2013Perfect for our trip. Only a short walk from Termini station, though the 5 flights of stairs (143 steps!) are exhausting, particularly after a full days sight seeing. A really nice, stylish flat that provides a lovely space to relax and unwind. Generally terrible restaurants in the area, best to head elsewhere. We would definitely book again.
