The apt is in the 12th floor or a modern apt building near workers stadium. Apt was clean and big, most of the things one would expect are there, even a small aquarium which is kinda unusual. ;) after the first night i kinda complained a bit about the bed bec it was just a few foam layers on top of a bed with wooden inlays. It was way too soft and the wooden panels sometimes would fall out when sitting on the bed. John, the host quickly ordered a matress after my complaint which was a much better solution (still unusual since it is an air matress but its actually quite comfortable). The location is pretty good. Not far from sanlitun village and other bars, also a gay bar is right next to the building. (Destination) although i didnt go there. Its about a 10-15 min walk to the next subway stations. Buses come closer. I arrived before halloween night and this night was a bit load (horns honking) even with closed windows. But subsequent nights were much more quiet, even the weekend nights.
